Reservation Procedure:

  1. Application:
    • Please complete an Application Form.
    • Application Form is available online
    • You can download an Application Form from our web-site. Please email completed application form to info@scallagrims.com or mail it to: 89 Cog Hill Drive, Concord, Ontario, L4K 1M6
  2. Confirmation
    • We will review your Application and email/mail you back a Letter with your Reservation summary and a Confirmation Number
    • Please allow up to 5 days to process your application in case it has been emailed and up to 21 days in case it has been mailed to us.
  3. Payment
    • You will find two estimated totals on your Confirmation letter. 
    • Your second option – At the Door Payment. If you are making your payment upon arriving at the event, you are entitled to a regular rate. Please see the rate-schedule for details.
    • Your first option – Advance Deposit. If you are making your payment in advance (up to three days prior to arrival), you are entitled to a discounted rate. Please see the rate-schedule for details.
    • Advance Deposit Payment options:
      • Cash – please call Greg at 416 704 9448 to arrange your payment
      • Cheque – payment addressed to “Scallagrims MMAC”, mailed to 89 Cog Hill Drive, Concord, Ontario, L4K 1M6.
      • PayPal – Please send your payment to gregpolevoy@gmail.com
  4. Receipt
    • Receipt will be issued and emailed/mailed to you upon us receiving your payment.
    • Please allow up to 21 days to process your payment and receipt in case a cheque has been mailed to us.

Cancellation: 

Your reservation can be cancelled any time 3 days prior to the event start date.  

For reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to the event start date a partial refund will be issued to an applicant consisting of the ticket price paid minus $5 per ticket as an administration fee deduction. 

For reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to the event start date no refund will be issued to an applicant.

IMPORTANT: 

Reservations will close 3 days prior to the event start date and no more applications are going to be accepted at that point.

Reservation includes:

  • Registration badge
  • Admission to the Main event area
  • Entertainment: games, tournaments, fire-show, and more
  • Authentic Slav Feast (Saturday night) – food and beverages included
  • Parking, tent spot

Your medieval set-up within the Medieval Camp – no additional fees

Vendors – no additional fees

Participation in tournaments and contests – no additional fees

Rent out a room in a guest-house – $50 per room for the week-end. First come first serve.
